This Valentine’s Day, couples may find themselves doing a cost-benefit analysis when planning a romantic evening. It isn’t easy to manage the perfect balance, largely because restaurateurs traditionally see the day as one of the few occasions when diners are willing to splurge – so the menu is often priced accordingly.
